In 1990 GM wanted to know how strong the Corvette chassis actually was. To test this, they took a ZR-1 and popped a big Falconer V-12 race engine in it. To get that big 12 cilinder engine in there, they had to stretch the chassis by about 5 inch (120mm). This testcar was named Conan, after his raw, beastlike charisma. The engine has around 700bhp and 750 ft-lb of torque.
